Our restoration project on this 1952 Jaguar XK120 Roadster is now back from paint and body, and looks absolutely stunning. The metal work was, as usual, performed by our good friends over at Hank’s Welding right here in San Luis Obispo. Hank is an expert metal craftsman, and did an absolutely perfect job repairing previous accident damage and rust.
For the body work and paint, we turned to more of our good friends over at Kens Body Shop. We’ve been using them for years as they do nothing less than first-class work. We can confidently say that this 120 body is now in better condition than the day it rolled off the factory floor. You’ll see in the photos below that the fit and finish is absolutely perfect. We’re very lucky to have such a talented network of craftsman right here in our own backyard to assist us in restoring these amazing cars.
